Task 1.5 Add Business User as IAM Role and give access to Billing

https //console aws amazon com/console and login make sure you are logged in the account that is linked to your apn account go to identity access management and click on users click on create user add the business user who manages the marketplace account click on create group name the group marketplaceaccess and search and select the policy awsmarketplacefullaccess and billing, click create user group create user email sign in instructions navigate in the top right corner to account scroll down to "iam user and role access to billing information" edit > activate > update
