Publishing Your Listing
Once all sections are complete (green checkmarks on all steps), you can submit your product for publishing. The product goes through a lifecycle:
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Draft | Your product is being configured. Not visible to anyone on AWS Marketplace |
Publication in Progress | Your listing has been submitted and is being processed by AWS |
Published to Limited Audience | Your product is live but only visible to allow-listed AWS accounts (for testing) |
Published Live | Your product is publicly listed on AWS Marketplace, visible to all buyers |
Rejected | AWS rejected the listing. Check the rejection reason and fix the issues |
Restricted | Your listing has been restricted by AWS (usually compliance-related) |
Important: Moving from Limited to Public triggers a manual review by the AWS Marketplace team. This is not instant. Allow several business days. Your product must pass the Foundational Technical Review (FTR) before it can go public.
