In order to become part of ISV Accelerate, you need to upload 15 opportunities qualified opportunities and 5 launched opportunities. 

In order to get the benefit of the Marketplace List & Sell Program, you need to upload 10 qualified opportunities.

So ideally, you upload the maximum number of opportunities, if this is not possible, you can just upload 10.
