## Step 4: Legal Terms

Choose how your End User License Agreement (EULA) is presented to buyers.

| Option | Description | Recommendation |
| -------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Standard Contract for Marketplace (SCMP)** | AWS's standard EULA. Pre-approved, trusted by enterprise buyers | **Recommended.** Reduces legal friction and speeds up procurement |
| **Custom EULA** | Your own license agreement. Upload a PDF or provide a URL | Use only if your legal team requires custom terms |

**Tip:** Enterprise buyers strongly prefer SCMP because their legal teams have already reviewed it. Using a Custom EULA adds procurement delays.

## Step 5: Architecture Diagram

AWS requires an architecture diagram showing how your product integrates with AWS services. This is reviewed during the Foundational Technical Review (FTR).

You have two options:

1. **Upload your own diagram**: Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG file (max 3 MB) showing your AWS architecture
2. **Generate via questionnaire**: Answer a set of questions about your infrastructure, and AWSsome will generate a diagram for you

**Note:** The architecture diagram is required for FTR (Foundational Technical Review) approval. If you're not sure what to include, use the questionnaire option, it covers the standard AWS Well-Architected components that reviewers look for.
