### Price Changes

If you increase a price on an existing listing, AWS enforces a **90-day notice period** for existing customers before the new price takes effect. Plan price changes well in advance.

Decreasing the price is immediate. 

### Processing

All product changes are processed **asynchronously** via the AWS Catalog API. After submitting changes, AWSsome polls for completion status. Changes typically process within minutes but can take longer during peak periods.
